A Toronto Tradition, Captured in Art

The Santa Claus Parade × Michelle Vella

Introducing the 2026 Limited Edition Fine Art Collection

Celebrating 122 years of Christmas magic with officially licensed artwork inspired by Toronto's most beloved holiday traditions.

There's something magical about Christmas in Toronto.

A Little Piece of Christmas Magic

The excitement of The Santa Claus Parade, the familiar streets, the festive colours, and those wonderful childhood memories that stay with us forever.

As a Torontonian and Canadian artist, I'm especially excited to share my officially licensed collaboration with The Santa Claus Parade!

For this special painting, I've brought together some of my favourite Toronto landmarks, a little holiday nostalgia, and plenty of playful details.

And who's that mysterious mail carrier? There may be more to him than meets the eye! Look closely! I've tucked in a few surprises for you to discover.

My hope is that this painting makes you smile and becomes a special part of your family's Christmas traditions.

THE ORIGINAL ARTWORK

One Painting. One of a Kind.

45 × 36" | Original Acrylic on Canvas

$5,500 CAD

The original painting that started it all!

Created especially for my officially licensed collaboration with The Santa Claus Parade, this one-of-a-kind artwork captures Toronto's nostalgic landmarks, childhood memories and a little Christmas magic.

A unique piece of Toronto's holiday history.

Keeping the Christmas Magic Alive ❤️

For 122 years, The Santa Claus Parade has brought joy and wonder to generations of Toronto families. And I'd love to help keep that magic going!

I've always loved Norman Rockwell's nostalgic illustrations for The Saturday Evening Post, especially the way he captured everyday moments with warmth, humour and a wonderful sense of storytelling.

His postman illustration helped inspire my idea for this painting. I wanted to capture that same nostalgic feeling, but in my own colourful style, celebrating Toronto and the Christmas traditions we all know and love. And as for our mysterious mail carrier… there may be more to him than meets the eye!

My dream is for this to become an annual fine art collection, with a new painting each Christmas, each one telling a different Toronto story. Imagine adding a new piece to your collection every year, creating your own treasured holiday tradition.

And with a portion of every artwork sale helping support The Santa Claus Parade, we're also helping keep the magic alive for future generations.

A little piece of Toronto. A little Christmas magic. And a tradition to treasure.

With love,

Michelle ❤️
