TORONTO, January 8, 2019 – Toronto pop-artist, Michelle Vella, is debuting her first ‘WIDE

BIG EYES’ hand painted furniture collection at the Interior Design Show (IDS) Toronto, Booth 539

2135, from January 17 - 20. This is the first look at her new hand-painted portraits of POP

ART Artists on and Verner Panton Chairs and Eames Elephants, by Vitra in collaboration with Studio B. She is also debuting a large feature painting from her ‘POP ART CURRENCY’ Series.

Visitors will have the chance to discover and shop new original artwork, limited-edition prints, and area rugs.

The 20th Toronto Interior Design Show (IDS) is held from January 17–20, 2019 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. IDS is Canada’s premium showcase of design-focused products, encouraging the promotion of rising talents and the latest tech innovation. Throughout the three-day event, attendees can get a close-up look at Vella’s hand painted original art. A portion of the hand painted Eames Elephants sales will be donated to Save The Elephants.

Recently featured in Harper’s BAZAAR Thailand and City Life magazine. Vella is best known for her WIDE BIG EYES portraits and contemporary pop art style.
