Sorry, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, and Prints or Original Paintings to protect our copyrights on artwork.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Refunds / Exchanges - Accepted within 24 hours of ordering
In the case that you have a special circumstance and ordered the incorrect item, we can do an exchange or refund. Please contact info@michellevella.com within 24 hours and we will do our best to rectify your order.
We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or we will administer the exchange. Please remember that after 24 hours from your time of ordering, we can't refund or exchange as your print went to press.
