This portrait painting of Marilyn Monroe, directly inspired by Alfred Eisenstaedt's 1953 photo "Seductive Marilyn, Hollywood, California," represents a distinct shift from my usual artistic style. Although I maintained my signature approach of painting large, expressive eyes, I adhered closely to the original photo's essence to meet the client's desires. The client, a dedicated Marilyn enthusiast, insisted on a faithful rendition, capturing the iconic allure and magnetic charm that Eisenstaedt immortalized. The result is a striking homage to Monroe, blending my unique artistic expression with the timeless beauty of the original photograph.

Our prints (paper), HD Metal Prints and Original Paintings are professionally and securely packaged with the highest attention to detail and are shipped 2+ weeks after receiving your order.

Original Paintings larger than 24x24 require crating or canvas rolled in tubes. We will be in touch with you to discuss your preference and special shipping instructions.

FULFILLMENT

After you place your order, your print goes into production.

Since all artwork is handmade it takes approximately 2+ weeks for your order to be completed before it is shipped.

RETURNS & DAMAGES

All of our orders are custom printed and all prints and original artworks are final sale. However, we will honour a 14 day period following the delivery of the print for any issues within the control of MICHELLE VELLA ART, this includes any product defects or damages while in transit, we will replace the art work. For factors that we don’t control, we will strive to find a solution. For any issues with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
