Every print is meticulously crafted upon order. I take great pride in arranging the placement of the 4 portraits myself, adding a personal touch to your unique composition. To complete your exclusive artwork, I will hand-sign each print and accompany it with a certificate of authenticity, ensuring its value and originality.

Our current technology does not allow for an instant preview of your selections. However, we are actively working on this feature. Our prints (paper), HD Metal Prints and Original Paintings are professionally and securely packaged with the highest attention to detail and are shipped 2+ weeks after receiving your order.

Original Paintings larger than 24x24 require crating or canvas rolled in tubes. We will be in touch with you to discuss your preference and special shipping instructions.

All of our prints on paper and original artworks are shipped from Toronto, ON, Canada and rates are calculated at checkout.

All HD Metal Prints are shipped from Montreal, QC, Canada and shipping is free.

INTERNATIONAL & REMOTE SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Please note that remote orders outside of Continental US and Canada are subject to additional shipping fees. Rates are calculated at checkout.

International and remote orders are not eligible for free shipping.

FULFILLMENT

After you place your order, your print goes into production.

Since all artwork is handmade it takes approximately 2+ weeks for your order to be completed before it is shipped.

RETURNS & DAMAGES

All of our orders are custom printed and all prints and original artworks are final sale. However, we will honour a 14 day period following the delivery of the print for any issues within the control of MICHELLE VELLA ART, this includes any product defects or damages while in transit, we will replace the art work. For factors that we don’t control, we will strive to find a solution. For any issues with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
