All of our prints on paper and original artworks are shipped from Toronto, ON, Canada and rates are calculated at checkout.

All HD Metal Prints are shipped from Montreal, QC, Canada and shipping is free.

FULFILLMENT

After you place your order, your print goes into production.

Since all artwork is handmade it takes approximately 2+ weeks for your order to be completed before it is shipped.

RETURNS & DAMAGES

All of our orders are custom printed and all prints and original artworks are final sale. However, we will honour a 14 day period following the delivery of the print for any issues within the control of MICHELLE VELLA ART, this includes any product defects or damages while in transit, we will replace the art work. For factors that we don’t control, we will strive to find a solution. For any issues with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
